CDC Guidance on Universal Precautions
According to §1A-313 of the Health Occupations Maryland Acupuncture Practice Act, an acupuncturist must display a notice that explains the Centers for Disease Control’s guidelines on universal precautions in each office where the acupuncturist is engaged in practice.
