Practice Act & COMAR Regulations
The Department of Legislative Services has completed its preliminary evaluation of the State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice. The result by the Department of Legislative Services recommending that the Board be waived from full evaluation and be extended for another 11 years. Waived July 11, 2015.
The following position statements have been approved by the Maryland Board of Occupational Therapy. They can be downloaded as Word documents.
