Communication:

Communication with patients or staff can be achieved by voice/TDD, toll free 1-888-854-0035 or 301-777-2405; by fax 301-777-2364; or e-mail at JHott@dhmh.state.md.us. Voice communications through the switchboard can be accomplished between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.; communications to the cottages and by fax and e-mail are available 24 hours a day, seven day a week. 

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours for the adult cottages are 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Visiting hours for the adolescent cottage are 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on weekdays and 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Visitation outside of these hours can be coordinated with the patient's social worker for special situations.
