Payments: Per Member Per Month (PMPM) payments is an alternative payment scheme in which a provider organization is given a set amount of money each month to provide an agreed upon range of services for the patients enrolled in the program for the period of time covered by the agreement. Depending on the contract, the types of services provided to patients enrolled in the program may vary.
