Information Concerning CDS registrations walk-ins

Effective immediately: The Division of Drug Control (DDC) is no longer accepting unsolicited ‘walk-ins’ to process CDS registrations in-person. If you wish to have your CDS registration processed in-person you must call and set up an appointment. Please call 410-764-2980 to set up an in-person appointment. In-person appointments are available Monday—Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., except State Holidays. DDC staff will make every effort to make an appointment for the same day, however, same-day appointments can not be guaranteed. Making an appointment to process your CDS registration will assure that you will have the quickest and most efficient service. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation with this change in policy for in-person CDS registration processing.
