Governmental Affairs
The Director of Governmental Affairs serves as the regulation, legislation and policy liaison for MHA programs. In conjunction with the MHA Management Team, provides oversight on legislative matters and reviews, drafts, and/or edits regulations that guide and/or impact mental health services within Maryland’s Public Mental Health System. The Director of Office also serves as staff to the Department’s Mortality Review Committee.
