Search practitioner profiles https://www.mbp.state.md.us/bpqapp. This site provides the public with information about practitioners licensed/certified to practice in Maryland.
 

Written State Board Verifications

After completing and mailing the Verification form, the Maryland Board of Physicians will provide a written state board verification. The verification includes the licensee's name, license number, issue date, current status, expiration date, disciplinary status and our Board seal. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the Board of Physicians. Please allow 10 business days to process your verification. The verification will be mailed directly to the person/entity specified in the request.

Upon written request by mail, the Maryland Board of Physicians will provide a state board examination verification.
