Welcome to the Internet/Intranet Online Workorder System for DHMH.  Use the form below to submit a new work order request.  All changes to the Intranet/Internet must have a work order request form submitted.  Once the workorder has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your request.  If your request contains an email attachment (documents), please send the attachment via email to DMWhite@dhmh.state.md.us.  All standard workorders will be completed within 3 business days.
